Athlete registration on Family ID

Every athlete needs to register on Family ID before they can participate. Registration usually opens on Family ID a number of weeks before the first practice date.

Printable MPSSAA physical forms

Your athlete needs to have a current physical on file with the athletic department before they can participate. Simply print this form and take it to your family doctor or an urgent care that offers sports physicals to fill out. Physicals can be turned in to head coaches, the athletic director or athletic trainer.

Pay your WCPS Activity fee

All WCPS athletic departments have a $60 activity fee for each sport season an athlete participates in during the school year. These fees are important to pay. They help athletic departments cover the cost of bus transportation to and from away games and scrimmages, the cost for officials to work contests, equipment and uniform purchases and other general operating costs. For your connivence, the South High Athletic Booster Club offers online payments for your activity fee. Simply fill out the form linked below and let us handle the rest for you.
